Below is a press release e-mailed to Watchman Fellowship by Richard Liu, the spokesperson for Teacher Hong-Min Chen and Chen Tao. In this press release, Teacher Chen predicts that God, leading American and Taiwanese ancestors and flying 12000 year-old American airplanes, will drop neutron bombs on China.

To those in the United States and Taiwan who have evolved to be part of the life of God and Buddha:

 Since the world has degenerated to such an unbearable degree as has disappointed God to the utmost sorrow so that God cannot but declare that the earth is entering the hellish world of retribution. It is just like the US and NATO, seeing the genocide in Yugoslavia, have but to resort to forces in order to prevent worse tragedy from happening. Therefore, under God's instruction, this notice is delivered to you as is the case that some part of your life and soul have already been educated and developed by God's salvation to be part of God's life. God shall lead the ancestors of the United States and Taiwan in flying the American ancestor's airplanes to conduct the bombing to disintegrate the atheist regime of the People's Republic of China: the bombing operation of super neutron bombs of super-hi technology. This operation means to awake people's conscience and repentance and make them reform their life structure of karmic sins; it serves to provide stimuli for people to purify and evolve themselves in preparation for the re-distribution of future life on earth. As we know, the material universe is created by God with purposeful plans for living beings to evolve in. As far as the solar system is concerned, the nine planets have respectively gone through 44 times of human generation of three-dimensional civilization. Every generation spanned about 10 million years. Every cycle of the 10 million years contained seven times of great tribulations of nuclear wars. Now, people on earth are facing the seventh great tribulation of nuclear wars. In other words, human beings have experienced six great tribulations. After this great tribulation, the twelve thousand million living elements in human existence will be redistributed into another life for purified evolution. It is the religiously called "Millennium."

  We have issued under God's instruction three open letters to Mr. President Clinton and the mass media: "Announcement for the Preliminary Operation of God's Flying Space Airplanes to Save and Transport Human Beings into the Underground Kingdom of Super-high Civilization," "Announcement of God's Flying 150 B-2 Stealth Bombers: He Is the God of Eternal Life as Well as Great Ancestor of Human Beings" attached with video tape, "God's Flying Human Ancestor's Airplanes to Operate Signs of Miracles," as evidences to prove and alert people that the signs of miracles were truly the operation by God as the great ancestors of human races coming back for the salvation of people and living beings on earth. Unfortunately, people's lukewarm reaction was so disappointing that under God's instruction was issued "An Open Letter to the Mass Media and People of the World: God's Sorrowful Announcement that From Now on, God Shall Take up the Preaching of the Kingdom of God by Himself."

  Here, we want to make the explanation that God has the character of perfect mercy and love. Since people don't have the heart to receive God and His space airplanes, as we have mentioned before, God wouldn't make Himself appear in the form of dozens or hundred-fifty B-2 stealth bombers in the sky of the Office of God's Kingdom, 7015 Akron road, Lockport, NY 14094, so that unnecessary misunderstanding and undesired results can be avoided.

  In order to show His resolution for the righteousness and justice of all living beings in the universe, for the prevention of human beings' slaughter or genocide of other animals or plants, and for stopping people from the degenerative life in pursuit of material life, God shall take the initiative and resort to further action by means of super high-technology. In fact, the United States working together with NATO in military action against Yugoslavia on behalf of the conscience of humanitarianism and human right has manifested the stimulus for human pursuit of sound life evolution. Though casualties are inevitable in wars, it is God who suffers in people's place.

  In this action, God shall lead the ancestors of the United States as well as Taiwan flaying American ancestor's airplanes. Therefore, these American ancestor's airplanes are totally the same with the airplanes of the US Airforce in the outer appearance with the current emblem of the US Airforce. These airplanes were left over from the great tribulation of nuclear wars of twelve thousand years ago. In the preceding generation of human civilization, they also performed tasks of "protectors of humanitarianism." The so-called "ancestors of the United States and Taiwan" were those in the preceding generation of human civilization on earth who had cultivated their status of god by means of God's education, and had inherited God's power, with both their physical body and spiritual body being immortal and everlasting. They are now at least 10 million earth years old.

  In order to justify what is stated, we have taken under God's instruction pictures of the signs of miracles from April the fifth to June the fifteenth performed by God leading the ancestor of the United States and Taiwan. The tape is titled "God Leading the Ancestor of the United States and Taiwan in Flying the American Ancestor's Airplanes to Operate Signs of Miracles."

  God's holy operation this time is directed toward the sky of Beijing, the capital of People's Republic of China, in order to thoroughly shatter the atheist regime of PRC by projecting the super neutron bombs of super-hi technology till the atheist regime of PRC would repent. The operation shall be carried out so that people can understand that 5 % of the overall structure of human existence belongs with the imperishable structure and conscience of God, while the other 95 % of the structure was formed and developed also by God out of the particles of dust in the universe through at least 44 million earth years. His labor and effort have been ungratified by atheist materialists whose heavenly conscience is so drowned as to deny the origin they come from. Both their theories and practice to the detriment of human progress are nothing but manifestations of the karmic sins and habits which belong with particles and dust in the universe. Seeing that, the operation of bombin! g of super neutron bombs of super-hi technology cannot but be held.

  Today, the notice is given to you for the purpose that once the national emblem of the US Airforce is spotted by the PRC on the American ancestor's airplanes, the blame can be attributed to God and the ancestors of the United States and Taiwan. Perhaps, some people might protest why those emblems are painted on the airplanes. We shall never forget that these are the American Ancestor's airplanes and that in the preceding generation those emblems were already there. It is clear whose preemption these emblems actually belong to. Briefly speaking, the earth has been the stage with the magnetic field prepared by God to educate and train all living beings for their evolution. The people on earth now are not the real men of earth; they are but life of particles and dust from the outer space. They shouldn't drive away the real Man of earth-God. And, also, people in the United States should assume and learn the resolution of their ancestors in their salvation, shouldering u! p the misery of all living beings.

  Now we shall introduce how the super neutron bombs of super-hi technology are operated. The super neutron bombs of God are particularly used to decompose those who have been devoid of God's conscience. Before we get down to the idea, we should first of all try to understand how a human structure is composed.

1. A man is made of twelve hundred million living elements, with 5 % of them belonging with the imperishable, everlasting spiritual light of life and totally the same with the structure of God, though without God's authority. The remaining 95 % of them belong to the life of the world below one dimension, the world of one dimension, the world of two dimensions, and the world of three dimensions. They are lives with karma of sins and habits. When integrated with the 95 % karmic lives into a human being, the 5 % karma-less lives are just like the undercover police sent to the underworld of crimes without the police authority. Although they have the same structure with God, they are without God's holy authority when they are tasked with the mission to preach, educate, and salve the other 95 % lives. It is such a hard task that some of them eventually forget who they really are but, like those fallen undercover police, identify themselves with those sinned and become themselve! s members of the underworld, indulged in the pursuit for fame and profits.

  On March 31, 1999 when the concept that God is changed into man was preached, it was meant to tell people that it is time for the 5 % spiritual lives in every man to recover their status of God. It is time the undercover should recover their police identity. God will confer His holy authority on you as long as you are willing to recover your role of God and lead the other 95 % back to the light from the darkness so that they can in turns play the role of police too. It is known that sometimes the police have to sacrifice themselves in order to protect the citizens. If you want to recover your status of God completely, you have also to do so. It is mentioned in the Psalm and Chapter Ten of the Gospel of St. John that "Ye are god."

2. The super-neutron bomb of God cannot be discerned by naked eyes. Even those who claim to own the supernatural power of heavenly eyes are unable to catch glimpse of it, since all the people on earth currently with any level of heavenly eyes are inspired by outside spirits. They cannot even understand to what degree the operation of God's salvation has entered, let alone the operation of God's super-neutron bombs. If anyone wants to explain this action of God's leading the ancestors of the United Stated in terms of alien's invasion, their views are more ridiculous than childish. As a matter of fact, any planet in the universe was created by God and is in God's control. God won't pass the civilization of His super-high technology to the world of earth where the living beings are prone to killing each other. In the same way, God wouldn't allow any aggressive extra-telestial lives to own the technology of any flying saucers or spacecraft. Only those with the same conscien! ce and structure with God can travel all over the universe freely.

3. The projection and explosion of God's super neutron bombs will not do any harm to the life of animals, plants, or constructions because God will cover them with a protective film. In the same manner, to those who still own the conscience structure of God in their own body, the 5 % of God's eternal structure will automatically enclose the 95 % structures in their body in protection. On the other hand, the power of the super- neutron bombs works in radioactive ways to effect every structure and organization of human body. The body of any unrepentant one will submit to decomposition. In other words, those life elements belonging to different worlds of dimensions will contradict against each other. Even those scanty part of God's spiritual light will desire to fall apart because they feel ashamed to be where they are. So will those elements which belong to the dimensions they deserve. None of them would like to live any longer with the particles and dust of heavy karmic ! sins. People will find that the outer symptom of it is this kind of people will gradually lose their reason and self-control. Under such circumstances, they have only two choices: one is to make repentance to God, their own conscience, and never commit the sin anymore; the other is to completely shatter and destroy their own physical structures. As far as concerned a totalitarian regime of atheism, the most likely way the PRC will choose is to destroy everything in nuclear wars. Nevertheless, even though they try to destroy the whole world, God still has His own way and power to protect those lives who refuse to perish in the great tribulation of nuclear wars, helping them to enter the underground super-high civilization. This holy operation shall start from July 1st and be carried on without specified timetable till the regime of PRC is completely shattered.

  It is also God's hope that anyone with conscience in the United States should take up the responsibility of saving those who refuse to die in the great tribulation of nuclear wars, for God hopes that all people can become God and bravely bear the misery of all living beings. If people turn cold shoulder to God's revelation and let pass this notice, nothing can be done once the situation is clear that the leaders of PRC lose their reason and self-control. It is just like what the Bible says, "What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul." (Mark 8:36) Please watch the video tape closely. If you still have disbelief, you may probably sleep well now, but you'll slumber much longer in the future, because before entering the underground super-high civilization, you'll need a certain period of time for training and adaptation. So why don't you give yourself an opportunity for a perfect eternal life?!
